Solicitor meeting a client at a desk

Fred Kalouche & Associates Legal Services is a family practice with over 20 years of combined experience.

We are a small team by choice. The people you meet at the start of your matter are the people who see it through to the end.

You will not be passed from desk to desk. You will deal with a solicitor who knows your file, and who answers your calls.

We act on property matters in New South Wales, Queensland, Victoria and Western Australia, and on business, estates, probate and family law matters for clients across New South Wales.

Our clients have left 150 Google reviews with an average 5 star rating, across every area of our practice.

Fred Kalouche, Principal Solicitor, at his desk

Fred Kalouche, Principal Solicitor

Fred Kalouche is the Principal Solicitor of Fred Kalouche & Associates Legal Services. He has been a solicitor for over 16 years, and he leads every part of the practice.

Fred built the firm on a simple idea. A client should be able to reach the solicitor who runs their matter, understand what is happening, and know what comes next. That idea still shapes how the firm works.

Property sits at the centre of his practice. Fred has acted for buyers and sellers in New South Wales, Queensland, Victoria and Western Australia, and he has completed conveyances in each of those states himself. For a client buying or selling interstate, that means one solicitor who already knows how each state does it.

His experience in commercial agreements and transactions is extensive. He acts for business owners on the purchase and sale of businesses, on commercial and retail leases, and on the agreements that hold a business together.

He brings the same care to wills, estates, probate and family law, and he handles family law matters together with Cristal. Clients often come to him at a hard time in their lives, and he gives them clear advice and a clear plan.

Fred makes himself easy to reach. A buyer who sends him a contract of sale receives a call within five minutes during call hours, and a written summary the same day, with each risk marked green, amber or red.

How Fred works

  • He reads your documents himself and tells you plainly what they mean.
  • He sets out the risks, the dates and the next steps in writing.
  • He gives you a fixed quote before work starts on your conveyance.
  • He keeps you told at each stage, by phone, by email, or in person by appointment.

Cristal Kalouche, Solicitor

Cristal Kalouche is a solicitor at Fred Kalouche & Associates Legal Services, and one of the firm's most trusted advisers. She brings a rare mix of depth and care to every matter she runs.

Her practice spans conveyancing, property law, wills and estates, probate and family law. That breadth matters. A purchase can raise a question about the will. A separation can raise a question about the house. Cristal sees how each part of a client's affairs connects, and she gives advice that takes all of it into account.

She holds a Master of Estate Planning, a postgraduate qualification in wills, trusts and the passing of wealth from one generation to the next. Clients who come to her for a will leave with a plan that protects the people they love, chooses who will act for them if they cannot, and reduces the risk of a dispute later.

In conveyancing and property work, Cristal is known for her thoroughness. She reads every document, checks every date and leaves nothing to chance, so that her clients exchange and settle with confidence.

In family law she works side by side with Fred, guiding clients through separation, property settlement and arrangements for their children with steady, practical advice.

Clients describe her as approachable, careful and generous with her time. She explains each step in plain English, answers questions promptly, and stays with a matter until it is done.

Nadine Kalouche, Conveyancing Manager

Nadine Kalouche is the Conveyancing Manager at Fred Kalouche & Associates Legal Services. She makes sure every purchase and sale runs smoothly, from the day we are engaged until the keys are in your hand.

A conveyance has many moving parts. Buyers, sellers, agents, lenders and the solicitor on the other side all have to work to the same date. Nadine is the person who keeps them in step. She knows where every matter is up to, what is still needed, and who needs to act next.

She prepares each file with care, follows up documents before they become urgent, and keeps a close eye on every deadline in the contract. When something needs attention, she raises it early, so it is dealt with long before settlement day.

For clients, Nadine is a calm and friendly point of contact. She returns calls, answers questions in plain terms, and lets you know what is happening without you having to chase. Many clients tell us she is the reason their move felt simple.
